Scope, pricing and payment
Website descriptions are indicative. Scope, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, acceptance criteria and support are agreed in writing for each engagement.
Source code and intellectual property
Ownership of project-specific source code, documentation and design is agreed per delivery. Third-party and open-source components retain their respective licences.
Maintenance and liability
Maintenance, response times, warranties, liability limits, data-processing roles, backups and recovery apply as specified in the project agreement. Rights that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law remain unaffected.
Governing law
Norwegian law applies unless a written agreement states otherwise. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through dialogue; otherwise a competent Norwegian court handles the matter.
